Couldn't tell you, I vote based on the ability to improve my country, being able to cross party lines is important for that to happen. There is no doubt some vote in hope of gimmicks like free cell phones, others on race. Some because they are hardcore demos or republicans regardless of beating a dead horse. Personally, I think all the incumbents should be regulated to 8 years to cycle new blood. I don't care about gender, race, religion or sex pref/gender identity. Just improve the country.
