Easiest to do if you use the Insert Link tool in the post composition screen. Looks like a globe with a chain link in front of it. That'll give you the proper URL tags, filled in, with the link text set up and highlighted. Then just type the text you want to be the link.

Or you can type the text, then highlight it, then click the logo to set up the link.

Either way is really straightforward. Once you see the tag enough, you'll see how it's done and can do it yourself.
