Could also be the predisposition they have about the issue. If they are looking for only their answer rather than another it also makes things more difficult from our standpoint.

I think it is more the fact they don't understand this side of the table rather than coming across wrong.
I know I wouldn't have been able to fully explain my position so that is why I dropped out of the conversation having said I understood their viewpoint. I was just attempting for a resolution.
