Tsk Tsk.....why would assume it was that kind of clinic and not a clinic to get him germ free? You know all that drinking and womanizing has gotten him exposed to some interesting ....um....ah....critters, lets say critters.

I'm intending to be here for the round, at least. We'll see after that.

I just had a little bit of Southern Comfort. It made my coughing stop immediately and added such warmth to my chest that I can't tell now that I've been sick. More mead please!

Your best mead? Isn't that like, a medieval drink, Flossie? I didn't know it was still around. Is it any good, or is it like beer (eg bad)?

Many things medieval are quite good.

Flower's mead is fit for the gods or whatever other hypothetical superlative beings deserving only of the finest of offerings that you care to imagine.

Beer is pretty gross all around. I've found a few that weren't completely un-drinkable at a Biergarten in Asbury Park. Some imports from Germany or some such. Nothing I could find at a liquor store. So beer is pretty gross in general.

Now if we're talking hypothetical mead fit for a heavenly feast, then I suppose I'm in

I'm not a huge fan of beer myself, but have occasionally enjoyed a few European beers, Guinness and Harp among them.

Mead comes in different varieties, the base is femented honeywater, flavoured with spices, fruits, grains or hops. I've had some lovely meads in my time.

But as you know, everything that is served in the Lounge is the most perfect formulation of whatever has been ordered for the specific tastes of the consumer. That's part of what makes the Lounge a special place.

Lets just say when I had my first sip of mead a number of years ago, my reaction was: 'Where has this been all my life and why isn't it more popular?' It is absolutely delightful.

Guinness is disgusting, no offense to the Irish. My brother introduced me to Wit and it is good. There is one brand that I tried and it is good. If it is local beer, I like Granville Island's Pale Ale, Lager, and Hefeweizen. IPA is not bad, although some brands produce a too bitter IPA for my personal taste.

Red wine is good, not a drinker of white. If it is red, I usually go for a Cabernet Sauvignon. BC wine I would choose Burrowing Owl or Mission Hill. I have had a very nice Malbec from Argentina also. Only ~$10.00CAD/bottle.

@Mehr: I have not played for around 1 year and 7 months now. I am associated with Travian through the forum, and it is currently the only thing that you and I have in common, sort of.
