    2 bigly fistfuls diced potatoes
1.5 bigly fistful diced onion/pepper mix
    2 eggs
1.5 slices Canadian bacon OR 3 slices smoked low-sodium bacon, cooked to safe temp

Fry in olive oil in that order.

    Top with:
    Mozzarella cheese
Dash hot sauce, Valentina or Tapatio preferred

Eat with a banana or a couple oranges. Welcome to a badass breakfast that incorporates all 5 food groups and gives you plenty energy for the day. Since adding this to my routine I don't even eat lunch anymore.

LOVE your measurements, Lurk. I have child size hands, though, so I guess I would have to use 2-3 fistfuls

I may try this with a touch of garlic added in.

I do something very similar. Mushrooms and onions rather than peppers and onions. And it's not clear if you scramble the eggs into the other ingredients, which is what I do.
And now I'll tell you what's against us, an art that's lived for centuries. Go through the years and you will find what's blackened all of history. Against us is the law with its immensity of strength and power - against us is the law! Police know how to make a man a guilty or an innocent. Against us is the power of police! The shameless lies that men have told will ever more be paid in gold - against us is the power of the gold! Against us is racial hatred and the simple fact that we are poor.

    They are very different.

    Different batters, size and thickness.

Blinis are more like mini pancakes that are typically served with caviar.

While crepes are slightly larger than your average pan and are very thin. Typically filled with something and folded over itself.

They are not interchangeable so they are not the same.

Depends on how many times I get up. Sometimes I'm slow to get back to the pan and I end up with egg over hard, sunny side up. I usually just flip them on top of everything else and break them up after cooking. Tastes about the same either way really.

    I stand corrected then.

I've never see blini's made that way, I've made them more like mini pancakes in the various places I've worked.

So according to some website about Россия they are:
Russian blinis are always round, but the size varies and basically represents all the available sizes of the frying pans. The average blin (singular from blinis) would be about 20 cm (~ 8 inch).

So size doesn't matter much, you can make them big or small, probably small are better for desert based blini dish.
