I am one of those errr, adventurous souls who took a 15c as his second villa on his first server. I am sure that I am wasting it in some form or another.

To the OP, I am new to this game too. Settle down. Listen to these people. They aren't MOD's or STAFF for no reason. While it would be nice to have an end all be all player guide from start to end game, said quide would have been most likely written from one persons, single server point of view. That's not to say that that person wouldn't have more servers behind them, but to write and all encompassing guide would be monumentally challenging. But implementing it in a new server, and expecting it to go off just like the guide is written would be folly.
